Requirements
- 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in healthcare insurance or healthcare technology environments.
- Strong proficiency with collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience producing executive-level documentation.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to drive alignment, decisions, and accountability across stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, data, technology, and channel teams.
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or Scrum methodologies preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market execution, or marketing operations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between product, marketing, data, and channel teams.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers, proactively driving resolution and maintaining delivery momentum.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, stand-ups, and program reviews to ensure accountability and shared understanding of priorities.
- Translate complex initiatives into clear documentation, including plans, RAID logs, roadmaps, and executive summaries.
- Develop and maintain structured communication artifacts such as decision memos, briefing materials, and leadership updates.
- Serve as a key liaison between product teams and enablement functions to ensure effective downstream execution.
- Monitor adoption and performance metrics post-launch, identifying gaps and coordinating remediation actions.
- Build templates, frameworks, and documentation standards to improve delivery efficiency and consistency across programs.
