- 15+ years of IT management experience.
- Scrum-certified in at least one role (e.g., Product Owner, Scrum Master).
- Proven leadership style that is positive and energetic.
- High adaptability in fast-changing environments.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to present effectively at an executive level.
Responsibilities
- Execute offshore expansion and own module labor transformation.
- Enable handoffs across shores and make/meet 100% of delivery commitments.
- Manage module labor and non-labor financial forecasts and variance analysis.
- Monitor delivery flow and execute mitigation actions.
- Own quality, compliance to Definition of Done, and documented standards.
- Create and execute delivery plans for urgent change requests and defects.
- Manage module on-call rosters and coverage.
- Align development plans to implementation timelines and contracts.
- Resolve conflicting priorities and balance delivery plans.
- Perform talent management, coaching, and talent coverage planning.
