Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a science or computer science field.
- MBA or Master of Science degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of MES / ERP systems general architecture and business functions.
- Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage various project and program teams.
- Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Ability to influence and gain buy-in from stakeholders and peers.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in controlling and monitoring revenue realization for all projects according to budget and forecast.
- Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature capabilities.
- Lead others in the creation and execution of project plans including staffing, resource management, and budgeting.
- Interface with clients and C-level management to ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations.
- Manage national and international projects in a regulated industry through the full project life cycle.
- Perform risk identification, reporting, and management.
- Monitor and analyze team workload to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Support the sales team in identifying business opportunities for up-selling and winning new projects.
