Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management, or door hardware/security consulting.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and familiarity with door hardware or building security systems is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail and accountability.
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into practical project solutions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from schematic design through construction administration, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Develop and support project scope definition in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility of door hardware and security solutions.
  • Promote architectural specification services and drive adoption of product solutions across assigned markets.
  • Identify and pursue specification opportunities using industry knowledge, relationships, and market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architectural firms to initiate consulting agreements and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to support specification activities and coordinate market engagement efforts.
  • Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to maintain strong product and market awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout all project phases.
