Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in program management, strategy execution, consulting, or GTM operations
- Experience within complex, matrixed organizations
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive execution without direct authority
- Experience working with partner or channel ecosystems (e.g., distributors, hyperscalers, MSSPs)
- Background in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology environments
- Exceptional project and program management skills
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end execution of strategic GTM initiatives across represented markets
- Translate high-level strategic priorities into structured execution plans
- Lead partner-enabled GTM execution with Arrow Electronics ecosystem teams
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Marketing, Sales, Services, Enablement, Operations, and regional leadership teams
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and blockers
- Establish governance models, execution frameworks, and standardized playbooks
- Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations
