Requirements
- 10–12+ years of experience in web development, digital product engineering, or marketing web platforms
- Strong expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and exposure to Webflow
- Proven success improving Core Web Vitals, SEO performance, and conversion rates in B2B SaaS environments
- Experience with analytics, tracking, and attribution using GA4, GTM, and CRM integrations
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely or VWO
- Strong understanding of marketing ecosystems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot)
- Experience working with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) in production environments
- Strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and ability to translate data into business impact
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, development, and ongoing optimization of the website, ensuring high availability, speed, and scalability
- Build and maintain front-end experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React and Next.js
- Develop AI-ready web experiences with structured data, schema markup, and personalization capabilities
- Optimize Core Web Vitals and SEO/AEO performance
- Own analytics implementation and governance using tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Drive conversion optimization through experimentation and landing page development
- Partner with marketing ops and design teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM, automation, and tracking systems
- Continuously improve site performance, QA processes, testing automation, and deployment reliability
