Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand or content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- 2+ years of direct people management experience.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to translate nuanced subject matter.
- Proven track record in content programs driving measurable results (SEO/GEO/AEO, organic traffic, pipeline).
- Experience developing and maintaining brand voice guidelines.
- Technical proficiency with Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs), and WordPress.
- Strong ability to collaborate across product marketing, demand generation, design, and sales teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform content decisions.
- Curiosity about policy and willingness to become a subject matter expert in public affairs/advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Drive content excellence and lead the brand team to publish high-quality content assets.
- Develop and manage Quorum’s website strategy for conversion optimization and AI-first positioning.
- Champion AI innovation by developing automated workflows for content efficiency.
- Conduct data-driven optimization to enhance conversion rates, campaign velocity, and ROI.
- Execute PR strategy to reinforce category leadership and promote new product launches.
- Manage and mentor the Content Marketing Manager and Senior Website Manager.
