Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience as a product designer in B2B/SaaS environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design for complex applications.
- Fluent in Figma, including component libraries and rapid prototyping.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
- Proficient in design QA and partnering with engineering.
- Familiarity with agile tools and workflows, especially Jira.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience presenting work to leadership and customers.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design.
- Collaborative, self-directed, and able to work in ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to net-new product development from early requirements to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Drive UI/UX design features and workflows across a unified platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in an agile process.
- Build and maintain a design system and component library.
- Design and iterate on data-rich dashboards and visualizations.
- Translate technical workflows into intuitive UI/UX.
- Conduct customer interviews and design feedback sessions.
- Identify and document visual discrepancies and bugs.
- Create and maintain organized Figma files, wireframes, and Jira tickets.
- Prioritize design tasks and implement metric-driven improvements.
