Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant financial experience.
- Emphasis on operating expense management and budget compliance.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial statements.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Experience with Planful, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Vena, Hyperion, or SAP.
- Experience using SQL-based systems and data tools.
- Demonstrated experience building and leveraging AI tools for FP&A.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Analyze past and current financial data to develop accurate forecasts and key metrics.
- Optimize operating expense management, including budget vs actual modeling and distributions.
- Partner with department owners and accounting on month-end close and reporting.
- Provide financial support for senior leadership, board presentations, and quarterly business reviews.
- Implement AI-driven tools and workflows to streamline FP&A processes and improve accuracy.
