- 15+ years of experience in learning and leadership development
- Experience scaling solutions for a workforce of 2500+ employees
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in design thinking and experiential learning
- Innovation in learning modalities (micro-learning, virtual learning, user journeys)
- Experience managing learning tech platforms and vendor partnerships
- Excellent communication and change management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the Learning team at Affirm
- Develop and execute strategy for individual, team, and leadership capabilities
- Ensure initiatives are adopted to drive consistency and continuous improvement
- Partner with Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness teams
- Craft new resources and experiences with subject matter experts
- Create communications and engagement plans for change management
- Define, measure, and communicate success metrics
