Requirements
- Experience in instructional design and course development
- Hands-on experience using AI tools
- Experience delivering training in virtual and in-person environments
- Ability to build scalable training artifacts and curriculum
- Knowledge of how adults learn AI in a workplace context
- Experience with enterprise technology platforms
- Experience with change management
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable AI learning programs, curriculum, and training materials
- Support enablement initiatives across platforms and workflows such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise
- Deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, office hours, and hands-on enablement experiences
- Create learning assets such as prompt libraries, job aids, playbooks, guides, assessments, and LMS-based learning content
- Partner with internal teams and enterprise clients to support AI adoption and user enablement efforts
- Translate complex AI concepts into practical, accessible learning experiences
- Support change management and adoption strategies
- Continuously experiment with AI tools and stay current with evolving AI technologies
