Requirements

- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
- Understanding of software development processes, Agile, and Scrum.

- Proficiency in data-driven decision making.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate in an environment of high ambiguity.
- Experience with large-scale deployments, B2C, or marketplace models is a plus.
- Experience in transit or mobility is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate and manage the marketplace roadmap outlining go-to-market capabilities.
- Prioritize strategic initiatives, new features, and optimizations based on business value and user impact.
- Drive the evolution of the customer-facing marketplace.
- Translate high-level concepts into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Drive Agile scrum development processes and facilitate sprint planning.
- Define KPIs and success metrics to measure feature impact.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to inform decision-making.
- Foster stakeholder relationships and communicate product progress.
