Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership and managerial experience in public safety, emergency communications, or PSAP operations.
- Experience serving at the Deputy Director level or above.
- Deep expertise across PSAP operations, NG911, and CAD.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with PSAP leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Strong strategic leadership experience in complex environments.
- Ability to translate operational challenges into go-to-market strategies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Lead Axon 911’s public safety strategy and mentor the Public Safety team.
- Strengthen industry partnerships with NENA and APCO.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align solutions with customer needs.
- Gather customer feedback to influence product enhancements and AI initiatives.
- Support market expansion through speaking engagements, workshops, and webinars.
- Optimize workflows to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and adoption.
- Define and measure KPIs for business impact.
