Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in public safety, emergency communications, or PSAP operations.
- Experience at the Deputy Director level or above (or equivalent).
- Expertise in PSAP operations, NG911, CAD, and emergency communications workflows.
- Proven ability to build relationships with PSAP leaders, industry associations (NENA/APCO), and executives.
- Strategic leadership experience in complex environments.
- Ability to translate market insights into go-to-market strategies.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring success.
Responsibilities
- Lead Axon 911’s public safety strategy and mentor the Public Safety team.
- Strengthen industry partnerships with NENA/APCO.
- Drive KPIs, scalability, and long-term growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Improve onboarding, training, and drive adoption across high-value customers.
- Gather customer feedback to prioritize AI-related initiatives and product enhancements.
- Support market expansion through speaking engagements, webinars, and thought leadership.
- Optimize workflows to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and lead generation.
