Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in implementation or customer success roles.
- Hands-on experience deploying technology products.
- Experience managing complex technical implementation cycles (6+ months).
- Experience in an early-stage SaaS startup environment.
- Strong technical acumen including ability to configure workflows like APIs and webhooks.
- Strong analytical skills (SQL or advanced Excel).
- Proven ability to align stakeholders and drive consensus.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and communicate effectively with internal teams.
- Deploy Odyssey to customers, ensuring completion of contractual requirements and go-live milestones.
- Build partnerships and communication lines with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and lead deployment plans with state stakeholders and internal teams.
- Provide technical platform knowledge to diverse stakeholders.
- Drive customer growth and adoption to ensure successful renewal.
- Ensure scalable and effective deployment processes.
