Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or quantitative field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, LTV/CAC, Rule of 40).
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Proficiency with FP&A platforms and BI/reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS (preferred).
- Familiarity with GovTech or vertical SaaS (preferred).
- Exposure to Board or investor reporting (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Support development of financial models including revenue and headcount planning.
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecast cycles.
- Build driver-based forecasting models for SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, bookings).
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering leadership.
- Analyze unit economics, margin trends, and investment efficiency.
- Prepare reporting packages, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
- Support Board, lender, and investor-related analysis.
- Strengthen FP&A processes and reporting standards.
- Partner on FP&A systems and data infrastructure improvements.
