Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial reporting.
- 3+ years administering and building in modern BI tools.
- Functional depth in at least one major ERP (NetSuite strongly preferred).
- Experience designing, standardizing, and implementing reporting and data governance.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI-assisted analytics or automation in production.
- Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with business software including CRM, PLM, or CMMS.
- Ability to work in fast-paced or start-up environments.
- Willingness for domestic and international travel.
Responsibilities
- Configure tools, model data, and work inside business software for ERP reporting and analytics.
- Administer, configure, and improve BI and reporting platforms like Power BI and Tableau.
- Manage ERP and operational reporting, including integrations, data models, and reconciliations.
- Partner on multi-system implementation rollouts from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Map processes and data flows across finance, supply chain, and construction.
- Define and implement AI-enabled analytics and intelligent data pipelines.
- Standardize reporting and establish data governance and quality controls.
- Develop end-to-end operational understanding of business flows.
- Drive stakeholder engagement through training and documentation.
