Requirements
- 7+ years of AEC industry experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Strong experience in Navisworks
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Asana, and GitHub
- Associate Degree or Technical Certificate in related field or equivalent experience
- Experience leading BIM coordination and developing standards
- Ability to manage model setup, structure, health, and documentation for multi-discipline projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Understanding of building system interactions and construction documentation
Responsibilities
- Lead BIM execution on complex projects
- Resolve coordination issues and clashes
- Refine BIM standards, templates, and tools
- Coach and mentor Designers and BIM specialists
- Partner with engineers to validate design intent
- Perform model reviews and maintain documentation standards
- Contribute to BIM innovation and workflow automation
