Requirements
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in product management with a focus on ecommerce.
- 2-3 years of people leadership, including management of PMs and designers.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering a product roadmap in a high-growth environment.
- Deep experimentation fluency (A/B and multivariate testing).
- Strong design leadership instincts and familiarity with design systems.
- Mobile-first product thinking.
- Experience with personalization, recommendation surfaces, or dynamic content.
- Technical literacy regarding site performance and frontend architecture.
- AI fluency in both product and workflow.
- Experience directing UX research.
- Proficiency in SQL, Looker, Heap, Shopify analytics, and session recording tools.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute against an existing product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Manage the digital product team and product design function.
- Monitor and drive site experience KPIs using data-driven insights.
- Create detailed, well-scoped product and design requirements.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and align on sprints.
- Lead new feature rollouts, including experiment design, QA, and post-launch analytics.
- Manage relationships with SaaS partners and vendors.
- Document handoff at the end of the engagement.
