- Minimum 2 years travel, airline, or hospitality experience
- Minimum 2 years interactive customer service experience
- Experience with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work variable shifts in a 24/7 operation
- Private work-from-home environment with reliable hardwired internet
- Pass required background screening
Responsibilities
- Deliver polished, professional service via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with travel-related, lifestyle loyalty program needs
- Book and manage customized travel for flights, hotels, and car rentals using GDS systems
- Support members with cancellations, re-bookings, and unexpected travel disruptions
- Plan complex travel itineraries
- Represent recognized global brands with care
