  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work variable shifts in a 24/7 operation
  • Private work-from-home environment with reliable hardwired internet
  • Pass required background screening

Responsibilities

  • Deliver polished, professional service via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with travel-related, lifestyle loyalty program needs
  • Book and manage customized travel for flights, hotels, and car rentals using GDS systems
  • Support members with cancellations, re-bookings, and unexpected travel disruptions
  • Plan complex travel itineraries
  • Represent recognized global brands with care
