  • Answer questions, provide documentation and process billing requests.
  • Proactively reach out to clients regarding their policies.
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and SMS.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor personal performance and meet targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.
  • Work closely with the customer service team.
  • Participate in developing strategies to boost client retention.
  • Successfully write broker exams (AMF and RIBO) after the first year.
