Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs.
- Answer questions, provide documentation and process billing requests.
- Proactively reach out to clients regarding their policies.
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and SMS.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor personal performance and meet targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.
- Work closely with the customer service team.
- Participate in developing strategies to boost client retention.
- Successfully write broker exams (AMF and RIBO) after the first year.
