Requirements

  • Proven track record in the top decile of a previous sales force (12-month stack-ranking).
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License (Class D/C).
  • Near-native command of English (C1/C2 level).
  • Willingness to travel constantly for field-based sales.
  • High physical and mental endurance for long days and high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision or routine structure.

Responsibilities

  • Spend 4 days a week on the road for face-to-face meetings.
  • Identify, qualify, and close high-value accounts independently.
  • Manage a personal sales pipeline.
  • Maintain high field presence in a designated territory.
  • Report performance metrics in the company CRM.
  • Negotiate with C-suite executives.
  • Navigate complex sales objections.
