Requirements
- Proven track record in the top decile of a previous sales force (12-month stack-ranking).
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License (Class D/C).
- Near-native command of English (C1/C2 level).
- Willingness to travel constantly for field-based sales.
- High physical and mental endurance for long days and high-pressure environments.
- Ability to work without direct supervision or routine structure.
Responsibilities
- Spend 4 days a week on the road for face-to-face meetings.
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value accounts independently.
- Manage a personal sales pipeline.
- Maintain high field presence in a designated territory.
- Report performance metrics in the company CRM.
- Negotiate with C-suite executives.
- Navigate complex sales objections.
