Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience as a Back-End Engineer.
- Prior experience with DX Core or similar CMS products.
- Knowledge of security, SSO, configuration management, and data layers.
- Proven track record of delivering pragmatic, thoroughly tested features.
- Solid proficiency in Java.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a multicultural team.
- Forward-thinking mindset with experience leveraging AI tools.
- React experience is nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Work with Java to configure, improve, and maintain Magnolia’s backend.
- Proactively identify blockers, propose solutions, and independently drive tasks forward.
- Maintain continuous alignment with PM, Architects, and Leads.
- Leverage agentic AI workflows across the entire product lifecycle.
- Use AI to automate development tasks, testing, and streamline deployment.
- Maintain clear communication in English regarding project status and technical hurdles.
