Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building web-based products
- Strong fullstack development skills with TypeScript and Node.js
- Experience with API design
- Proven experience shipping AI-powered features in production using LLM APIs
- Understanding of AI fundamentals: agent architectures, chat completion roles, embedding vectors, vector databases, and chunking strategies
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, embedding models, and vector stores
- User-focused mindset
- Bias for shipping and fast iteration
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI-powered capabilities like code generation and workflow optimization
- Integrate LLM APIs and embedding models for text-to-workflow and natural language suggestions
- Design and iterate on prompts to improve model output and user experience
- Build internal tooling, evaluation benchmarks, and automated testing for AI components
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams
- Ensure AI features are reliable, performant, and scalable
