- Deep experience with AWS design, deployment, and operation.
- Agnostic approach to languages, frameworks, and toolchains.
- Advanced proficiency using AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor as a core workflow.
- Demonstrated ability to architect and orchestrate software systems rather than just writing line-by-line code.
- Collaborative mindset to create alignment and trust across teams.

- Focus on delivering business outcomes and high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Maximise our capacity to build agentic systems and build with them.
- Own our architecture end to end from infrastructure design to deployment pipelines, observability, and security.
- Lead execution from concept to delivery driving infrastructure initiatives.
- Keep stakeholders aligned on project status, roadmaps, and priorities.
- Stay hands-on writing code, reviewing pull requests, and refining architecture.
- Spot and fix issues early to maintain delivery momentum.
- Elevate agentic thinking and developer efficiency.
- Focus relentlessly on business impact and outcomes.
