Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse metrics from operating systems and applications for performance tuning and fault finding
- Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes and reduce hosting costs
- Maintain performance, availability, scalability, reliability, and security SLAs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners and Solution Architects
- Enhance Infrastructure as Code delivery
