- Proofread and edit content for grammar, readability, clarity, and consistency while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, messaging, and SEO-optimized content based on keyword strategies and recommendations.
- Simplify complex financial and payment-related concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand content.
- Support product launches, campaigns, and customer education initiatives while meeting content deadlines effectively.
