Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in remote IT support (Tier 1/Tier 2).
  • Proficiency with Apple hardware (MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones).
  • Strong working knowledge of macOS.
  • Hands-on experience with Apple MDM (Jamf).
  • Experience with MFA (Azure AD) and RBAC.
  • Understanding of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Jira Service Management.
  • Knowledge of endpoint security practices.
  • Ability to work remotely from Colorado.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to tickets, Slack requests, and Zoom calls for macOS and M365.
  • Manage account provisioning, MFA, and group permissions.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, and connectivity issues (VPN, Wi-Fi).
  • Support core firm tools like Salesforce, Adobe, and NetDocuments.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to self-service knowledge base.
  • Manage Tier 2 escalations for OS, security, and MDM configurations.
  • Monitor device compliance, patching, and security posture.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues.
