Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in remote IT support (Tier 1/Tier 2).
- Proficiency with Apple hardware (MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones).
- Strong working knowledge of macOS.
- Hands-on experience with Apple MDM (Jamf).
- Experience with MFA (Azure AD) and RBAC.
- Understanding of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira Service Management.
- Knowledge of endpoint security practices.
- Ability to work remotely from Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Respond to tickets, Slack requests, and Zoom calls for macOS and M365.
- Manage account provisioning, MFA, and group permissions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, and connectivity issues (VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Support core firm tools like Salesforce, Adobe, and NetDocuments.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to self-service knowledge base.
- Manage Tier 2 escalations for OS, security, and MDM configurations.
- Monitor device compliance, patching, and security posture.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues.
