Requirements
- 1-3+ years professional Java in production systems
- Expertise in Java 17/21 (records, sealed classes, pattern matching)
- Expertise in Spring Boot 3.x
- Advanced Spring Security and OAuth2/OIDC
- Expertise in REST API and OpenAPI 3.x design
- 1+ year AWS cloud-native experience (Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB)
- Proficiency in Kafka / Amazon MSK
- Expertise in JUnit 5, Mockito, and TDD
- Experience with CI/CD, trunk-based development, and GitHub Actions
- Experience with Agile/XP methodologies
Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise transformation solutions using Agentic AI and cloud telephony.
- Practice pair programming with driver/navigator rotation.
- Implement TDD (Red-Green-Refactor) on all production code.
- Maintain trunk-based development and collective code ownership.
- Work in one-week iterations with Friday demos.
- Support existing systems to ensure performance during transition.
- Collaborate with business leaders, senior engineers, and ML engineers.
