Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency in Java (JDK), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Experience developing REST/SOAP web services.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
- Experience with middleware such as WebLogic, Apache, or Tomcat.
- Knowledge of data integration and ETL layers.
- Experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GovCloud).
- Experience with version control tools like Git or SVN.
- Familiarity with defensive coding and secure development practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain application components using Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Develop secure REST and SOAP web services.
- Build and support integrations with external DoD and federal systems.
- Implement software according to DoD cybersecurity, test, and configuration standards.
- Support deployment and release activities in cloud-hosted environments like AWS GovCloud.
- Work within 2–6 week sprint cycles using tools like JIRA.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to resolve incidents and defects.
- Maintain technical specifications, documentation, and release notes.
