Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in applying a defined project management style (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean 6 Sigma).
- Strong experience using Asana in a professional setting (2+ years preferred).
- Experience building templates, dashboards, workflows, and implementing rules/automations in Asana.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and the eCommerce landscape.
- Understanding of marketing operations, creative processes, and agency workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Asana project structures, workflows, and templates.
- Build and implement Asana rules and automations to improve task routing and accountability.
- Ensure all projects follow standardized Asana best practices and company processes.
- Monitor task progress daily to ensure deadlines are met.
- Audit projects regularly to identify overdue tasks and stalled deliverables.
- Coordinate deliverables across departments to ensure projects stay aligned.
- Maintain Asana dashboards and reporting views for leadership visibility.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
