Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4–6 years of experience in alliances, partner management, business development, or related roles.
- Experience working within or alongside Microsoft partner ecosystem preferred.
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process discipline.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive alignment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management.
- Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Alliance Specialists.
- Drive accountability and performance management aligned to alliance objectives.
- Manage multi-million-dollar Microsoft funding programs and operational governance.
- Maintain pipeline, funding, and activity tracking in Salesforce.
- Drive co-sell motions with Microsoft field teams and internal departments.
- Support relationship management with Microsoft stakeholders.
- Execute Microsoft program requirements, audits, and submissions.
- Coordinate marketing events and pipeline tracking.
