Requirements

  • 3+ years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on Iterable experience (journeys, triggers, segmentation, A/B testing)
  • Strong understanding of prospect segmentation and lead scoring
  • Experience with conversion-focused messaging
  • Comfort working with funnel data to identify gaps and optimize conversion rates
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong QA instincts
  • Clear, persuasive writing style
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute prospect-focused lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and push in Iterable
  • Own lead nurture and prospect engagement sequences
  • Trial new conversion programs
  • Manage abandoned flow re-engagement
  • Create and maintain journeys, triggers, and recurring campaigns
  • Partner with growth, design, and CX to ensure prospect messaging is timely, persuasive, and on-brand
  • QA campaigns for logic, personalization, rendering, and timing
  • Monitor funnel performance and report on prospect metrics
  • Support A/B testing of subject lines, content, and offers
  • Document and improve prospect lifecycle best practices
