Requirements
- 3+ years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Iterable experience (journeys, triggers, segmentation, A/B testing)
- Strong understanding of prospect segmentation and lead scoring
- Experience with conversion-focused messaging
- Comfort working with funnel data to identify gaps and optimize conversion rates
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong QA instincts
- Clear, persuasive writing style
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Build and execute prospect-focused lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and push in Iterable
- Own lead nurture and prospect engagement sequences
- Trial new conversion programs
- Manage abandoned flow re-engagement
- Create and maintain journeys, triggers, and recurring campaigns
- Partner with growth, design, and CX to ensure prospect messaging is timely, persuasive, and on-brand
- QA campaigns for logic, personalization, rendering, and timing
- Monitor funnel performance and report on prospect metrics
- Support A/B testing of subject lines, content, and offers
- Document and improve prospect lifecycle best practices
