Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience in human capital, BPO, or technology-based industry.
  • Proven record of negotiation and closing of new client sales.
  • Experience developing contracts, pricing, terms, conditions, and SLAs.
  • Track record in developing leads, pipeline, and relationships through proactive strategy.
  • Verified ability to attain quota on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Experience gaining access to and creating credibility within the VP-suite.
  • Ability to manage sales activities using a CRM like Salesforce.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem resolution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a defined portfolio of strategic technology accounts, driving expansion across multi‑solution offerings.
  • Drive a disciplined sales process including prospecting, stakeholder relationship building, and closing deals.
  • Drive total growth and profitability for an assigned vertical, meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Communicate company vision and strategy to potential clients.
  • Manage customer communications, service, and retention.
  • Lead the discovery process by asking probing questions and preempting resistance.
  • Build the sales pipeline and create momentum through proactive strategies.
