Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience in human capital, BPO, or technology-based industry.
- Proven record of negotiation and closing of new client sales.
- Experience developing contracts, pricing, terms, conditions, and SLAs.
- Track record in developing leads, pipeline, and relationships through proactive strategy.
- Verified ability to attain quota on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Experience gaining access to and creating credibility within the VP-suite.
- Ability to manage sales activities using a CRM like Salesforce.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic mindset with strong problem resolution skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a defined portfolio of strategic technology accounts, driving expansion across multi‑solution offerings.
- Drive a disciplined sales process including prospecting, stakeholder relationship building, and closing deals.
- Drive total growth and profitability for an assigned vertical, meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Communicate company vision and strategy to potential clients.
- Manage customer communications, service, and retention.
- Lead the discovery process by asking probing questions and preempting resistance.
- Build the sales pipeline and create momentum through proactive strategies.
