Requirements
- 5-7 years of art direction experience in an agency setting.
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills.
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Client-facing experience with ability to articulate and present work.
- Experience across video, print, and digital design platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Ideate and execute integrated health campaigns across digital, social, video, and experiential platforms.
- Manage multiple design-centric projects and adhere to various brand guidelines.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior team members.
- Present creative concepts and counsel directly to clients.
- Partner with media, scientific communications, studio, and project management teams.
- Participate in brainstorms, planning sessions, and team meetings.
