Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a presales or customer-facing role
- At least 3 years experience with CIAM projects
- 8+ years of development experience focused on application integration with identity services
- 8+ years of experience working with REST APIs and SDKs
- Expertise in customer identity and access management solutions (Okta/Auth0)
- Proficiency in authentication or authorization protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in a matrixed organization and manage cross-functional initiatives
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Educate customers on implementing Okta customer identity and access management solutions
- Lead deep technical Q&A discovery sessions for prospective customers
- Whiteboard solution architecture
- Design, build, and execute outcome-focused proof of concepts
- Provide strategic and technical guidance to Solutions Engineering teams
- Collaborate with Global Office of Field CTO to deliver actionable field insights
- Deliver keynote presentations, webinars, and technical sessions at industry events
