Requirements
- Proven experience in business consulting, ideally at a senior or level 3 complexity
- Strong expertise in IT service management and platform-based solutions such as ServiceNow
- Ability to develop business cases, financial analyses, and executive-level documentation
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including executives and technical experts
- Strong understanding of process design, service delivery frameworks, and operational governance
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage priorities, control project delivery quality, and ensure compliance
Responsibilities
- Analyzing, modeling, and documenting business requirements and technical solution options
- Developing business cases, feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses
- Preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and submissions
- Designing and implementing automated business processes and service management frameworks
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop training materials and operational support models
- Monitoring solution quality, compliance, project progress, and cost control
- Conducting technical reviews, audits, and validation activities
