Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media, communications, or content strategy, ideally within B2B technology, developer tools, or infrastructure environments.
- Proven ability to craft compelling copy and adapt tone across multiple platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Strong understanding of technical subject matter and ability to communicate effectively with engineering or developer audiences.
- Experience managing social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics) and using data to guide strategy.
- Demonstrated success in growing and engaging online communities across multiple social platforms.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong editorial instinct.
- Familiarity with data infrastructure, open-source ecosystems, or developer communities is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overall social media and communications strategy, including narrative frameworks, messaging pillars, and executive positioning.
- Manage day-to-day social presence across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
- Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, events, campaigns, and community initiatives.
- Write high-quality, platform-specific content that resonates with technical and business audiences while maintaining brand authenticity.
- Monitor online conversations, engage with communities, and identify opportunities to amplify brand presence in relevant discussions.
- Analyze social performance metrics and use insights to continuously optimize content strategy, format experimentation, and audience growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to support social amplification for events, product releases, and strategic announcements.
- Lead employee advocacy initiatives and help scale internal engagement with external communications efforts.
