Requirements
- 5–8 years in partnerships, channel business development, or enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of building referral or channel partnerships from scratch.
- Experience in the institutional CRE world or similar high-level relationship-driven sales.
- Operator mindset with strong ability to manage outbound outreach and processes.
- Numbers-native with experience building dashboards and tracking conversion metrics.
- Strong written communication skills for partner outreach and marketing briefs.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and activate referral partners across CRE brokers, sustainability consultants, and CRE services firms.
- Design the partner value proposition and build the enablement library.
- Request and execute warm intros weekly.
- Run structured activation sequences.
- Attend and host industry events targeting referral partners.
- Own the quarterly channel pipeline quota for deals handed off to account executives.
- Maintain active partner conversations and report weekly on channel health and conversion metrics.
