Requirements

  • 5–8 years in partnerships, channel business development, or enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of building referral or channel partnerships from scratch.
  • Experience in the institutional CRE world or similar high-level relationship-driven sales.
  • Operator mindset with strong ability to manage outbound outreach and processes.
  • Numbers-native with experience building dashboards and tracking conversion metrics.
  • Strong written communication skills for partner outreach and marketing briefs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and activate referral partners across CRE brokers, sustainability consultants, and CRE services firms.
  • Design the partner value proposition and build the enablement library.
  • Request and execute warm intros weekly.
  • Run structured activation sequences.
  • Attend and host industry events targeting referral partners.
  • Own the quarterly channel pipeline quota for deals handed off to account executives.
  • Maintain active partner conversations and report weekly on channel health and conversion metrics.
