- Proven track record working with external customers and internal teams like Sales and Engineering.
- Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Experience handling escalations at all levels.
- Strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies.
- Experience creating and maintaining a repeatable project methodology.
- Willingness to work during US Eastern time.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex programs and projects for customer deployment.
- Manage deliverables, risks, timelines, and project ROI.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders.
- Manage customer relationships and satisfaction during all phases.
- Identify and allocate resources for implementation.
