Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- 5+ years of Accounting experience.
- Basic knowledge of GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Sumif, Vlookup, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with large ERP/Accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Ability to reconcile accounts and perform GL analysis.
- Fluent English level.
- Located in LATAM.
Responsibilities
- Balance sheet account reconciliation and general ledger analysis.
- Maintain revenue recognition, WIP, and deferred revenue schedules.
- Reconcile bank accounts monthly.
- Record month-end expense accruals.
- Prepare month-end journal entries.
- Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions.
- Support month-end ancillary package and Hyperion trial balance uploads.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal controls.
