Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting, audit, or similar finance roles.
- Solid understanding of core accounting principles and month-end close processes.
- Experience working with multi-currency entities is highly valued.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate.
- Ability to manage repetitive and structured tasks in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English proficiency for international communication.
- Familiarity with tools such as NetSuite and US GAAP is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and record journal entries, accruals, and accounting adjustments with proper supporting documentation to ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Support the monthly and year-end close processes, ensuring deadlines are met and financial reporting is delivered on time.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, schedules, and audit documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support internal control processes by ensuring transaction completeness, accuracy, and adherence to financial procedures.
- Contribute to system and process improvements, including ERP enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient close cycle.
