Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional experience in GIS or geospatial consulting
- Proven experience delivering GIS projects using Esri technologies
- Strong working knowledge of ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, Experience Builder, Field Maps
- Expertise in GIS data modeling and schema design
- Expertise in spatial analysis and data management
- Proficiency in automation tools (Python, ModelBuilder, FME)
- Strong independent problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to translate business needs into technical GIS solutions
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in global, distributed teams
Responsibilities
- Independently analyze client requirements and translate them into practical GIS solutions and workflows
- Design and configure solutions using ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and mobile applications
- Use ArcGIS Pro for data management, analysis, and map production
- Design and implement GIS data models that align with project and client requirements
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using ModelBuilder, Python, FME or equivalent tools
- Produce clear technical documentation and architecture diagrams
- Work effectively with distributed teams across time zones
