Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience with revenue focus
- Strong working knowledge of ASC 606
- Experience with high transaction volumes
- Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support month-end revenue close, including preparation of revenue related journal entries
- Assist with reconciliations of invoices, deposits, and other revenue-related accounts
- Review customer contracts to identify performance obligations and assess recognition timing under ASC 606
- Maintain and improve revenue recognition documentation and memos for audit purposes
- Reconcile revenue sub-ledger to the general ledger across Salesforce, Stripe, and contract management systems
- Run SQL queries to extract and analyze revenue data from Snowflake
- Identify data anomalies and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve root causes
- Prepare PBC schedules and technical accounting memos for external auditors
- Collaborate with Finance System, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Billing teams on order-to-cash process design
