Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare analytics, financial operations, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with Access preferred.
- Experience using reporting tools such as Business Objects and SQL strongly preferred.
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification required or strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial, operational, and KPI-driven data.
- Experience in project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate independently.
- Strong communication skills with ability to create executive-level summaries and presentations.
- Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle operations and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI or advanced analytics tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support recurring stakeholder meetings to drive alignment, accountability, and operational outcomes.
- Serve as the Working on the Business (WOTB) coordinator for Acute Back-End Operations.
- Develop and analyze KPI scorecards, TIPS reports, and executive dashboards.
- Create executive summaries, financial reports, and operational performance analyses.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities in financial and operational data.
- Manage project coordination efforts including planning, tracking, risk assessment, and status reporting.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and analytics outputs.
- Support process improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to tools and workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and maintain documentation.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for executive leadership.
