Job Details

6+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineer, or Data Engineer.
Hands-on expertise in Python, Scala, Java, or similar.
Experience developing APIs and web applications (Flask, Django, or Spring).
Experience building and operating data pipelines using SQL and big data technologies (Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Amazon EMR, HDFS).
Systems-level knowledge of network and cloud architecture and Linux-based operating systems.
Strong working knowledge of SQL to write, debug, and optimize complex queries.
Complete software development lifecycle experience.
Experience delivering projects in a professional services or consulting environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Own and drive end-to-end architecture, solution design, and delivery of machine learning and data solutions for enterprise clients.
Translate business and data science requirements into scalable technical and MLOps solutions.
Design and create secure, scalable environments and tooling for data scientists.
Define deployment approaches and production infrastructure for machine learning models.
Demonstrate business value of data by partnering with data scientists to deploy machine learning models.
Create and execute operational testing strategies, including QA and performance testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver successful client engagements.
Provide technical and strategic leadership during workshops and design reviews.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of learning.
