Requirements
- 5+ years product leadership experience in B2B SaaS, platforms, payments, fintech, or API-focused roles.
- 3+ years leading products involving technical integrations (SDKs, APIs, plug-ins).
- Strong understanding of REST, OAuth, API keys, cloud technologies, and CI/CD.
- Proven ability to define and communicate strategic roadmaps.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Define the 3–5 year vision and roadmap for the API platform.
- Own API product portfolio, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
- Establish API governance, including design standards, documentation, and security.
- Enable retailer integrations by translating technical constraints into scalable platform capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, compliance, and GTM teams.
- Define and optimize KPIs such as API adoption, usage, latency, and reliability.
- Manage and mentor product managers responsible for individual APIs.
