Requirements

- Experience building and operating production-grade machine learning systems or pipelines
- Experience working with retail media, recommender systems, or ranking
- Understanding of ML failure modes: data leakage, feedback loops, distribution shifts
- Strong software engineering practices
- Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work proactively and navigate ambiguity in early-stage product environments
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate machine learning systems for retail media use cases
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable ML solutions
- Develop robust ML pipelines for feature engineering, training, and deployment
- Bring models into production and ensure observability and reliability
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial stakeholders
- Communicate technical decisions and uncertainty to stakeholders
- Contribute to ML engineering standards and best practices
