Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales.
- Experience defining AI roadmaps and building ROI/TCO business cases.
- Prototyping experience with machine learning and generative AI.
- Understanding of generative AI techniques like RAG, few shot learning, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Good knowledge of Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch).
- Strong presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
- High level of fluency in German.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer AI strategy and business-critical challenges.
- Build innovative prototypes during customer hackathons.
- Support customers in achieving ROI through autonomous AI agents.
- Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects, including architecture and RAG implementation.
- Ensure project outcomes reach agreed value and adoption thresholds.
- Specialize in specific domains or industries to scale knowledge.
