Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in an accounting/procurement role.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Adeptness at quickly learning and utilizing new technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing client relationships.
- Ability to act as a change agent.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to travel to the US when required.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices using a variety of client systems.
- Provide support for invoice-related questions, assisting vendors and hiring managers.
- Review vendor contracts, process extensions and communicate with vendors on onboarding and compliance.
- Provide consistent positive and engaging experiences to clients, vendors and hiring managers.
- Promptly respond to requests from vendor partners.
- Regularly engage in weekly status calls and provide updates.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly targets for invoice processing.
- Offer support for ad-hoc questions related to the Vendor Management System (VMS).
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency within all systems.
