Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an accounting/procurement role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Adeptness at quickly learning and utilizing new technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing client relationships.
  • Ability to act as a change agent.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to travel to the US when required.

Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices using a variety of client systems.
  • Provide support for invoice-related questions, assisting vendors and hiring managers.
  • Review vendor contracts, process extensions and communicate with vendors on onboarding and compliance.
  • Provide consistent positive and engaging experiences to clients, vendors and hiring managers.
  • Promptly respond to requests from vendor partners.
  • Regularly engage in weekly status calls and provide updates.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly targets for invoice processing.
  • Offer support for ad-hoc questions related to the Vendor Management System (VMS).
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency within all systems.
